Roadmap and release note editors fully support Markdown. You can also:

• Insert Images and Videos (Youtube, Vimeo, and Loom).

• Share samples of code with fenced code blocks and enable syntax highlighting.

• Use typographic characters (→, ©, ½) and emojis 😊

Projects & Labels

Use projects and labels to organize your workspace.

• Projects - use projects to categorize release notes and roadmap items. For example, you might have separate projects for your API server and Mobile applications.

• Labels - are used to associate roadmaps and releases.

Public Page

Customize your public page to fit your brand’s look via Settings → Appearance. Once you’re ready to share your page with the world, change the visibility settings in Settings → Privacy.

Next Steps

• Invite your teammates to your organization to collaborate better together.

• If you’re using another service to manage release notes, import it via Settings → Import.

• Easily import your existing email list from Mailchimp or upload a CSV file.
